Every single night without fail, I do my nightly routine of prepping for bed and when I slip into my soft sheets and lay my head on my plush pillow, I immediately reach for my Brookstone sleep mask and slide it across my lids.
A few minutes later, I am drifting off into Dream Land where I'm eating planet sized cookies and trees made of licorice. It's lovely, really.
I have told you before and have even done a giveaway of these a year or so ago, but I am absolutely IN LOVE with this sleep mask. I have owned plenty of sleep masks in my time and none of them suffice. After experiencing this little delight, no other mask will do.
It's incredibly soft.
It is the perfect fit.
And it will change your life.
Honestly!
You will never sleep the same again!
Sometimes, when I have a really bad headache, I'll slide it across my forehead and walk around the house with it. It feels SO good and gives the perfect amount of pressure.
So, I am choosing one very special commenter to give their very own Brookstone sleep mask. You will even get to choose which color you want! :)
All you have to do is leave me a comment!
If you post on your own blog, Facebook or Twitter about the giveaway, you can enter again.
Answer this: Do you remember your dreams?
(Every single morning, I can vividly recount every single dream I had the night before. Husby, however, says he never dreams...and if he does, he has no recollection of it. This blows me AWAY!!!)
So what about you.... do you dream?
Winner announced Monday morning (I'll be away from my blog for the rest of the week). Thanks for playing!

I remember some of my dreams so vividly. Sometimes, when I start re-accounting a memory, I question myself as to whether I dreamed it or if it in fact actually happened.
When I was deployed I used a sleeping mask every night! I has such a hard time sleeping over there and it seemed to help. Since coming back, I fell out of the habit, but always think that I need to get another one. This would be perfect!
I remember parts of my dreams. If I wake up in the middle of one, I usually remember less! I had a really weird recurring scary dream all through childhood. Maybe I need this mask!
I usually remember the dreams that I have just prior to waking. And sometimes, while I won't remember specifics of the dream, I'll remember the feelings associated with them. (And I even waking up sobbing for no reason when dreams are really sad!)
Yes, I remember a lot of my dreams! My husband also says that he doesn't have dreams - but he definitely does, he just doesn't remember. Everyone dreams when they are asleep I believe, and plus, he talks in his sleep sometimes, so he must!
Very rarely I remember my dreams. I haven't in awhile. I would love to enter your giveaway!
I almost always remember my dreams, but my husband says he never dreams.
I sometimes remember my dreams. This is a great giveaway, I've been looking for a good sleep mask!!!
Oops...sorry about the earlier deleted comment. I don't know what happened but it had strange spaces and symbols all over.
Anyway, I probably don't remember all of my dreams but it sure seems as if I remember a lot of them! The weird thing is that I have reoccuring dreams. Ever since I was growing up I have had a few dreams at least a handful of times each year. I also have themes and events that repeat themselves over and over again. I have even been able to identify what underlying stresses or feelings are lurking beyond the surface just by the thematic dreams that I had that week. So strange! Maybe having a Brookstone sleep mask will allow me to sleep in both luxury and peace! :)
I definitely remember a lot of my dreams! I quite often wake up and summarize 3-4 dreams I had to my husband; he doesn't understand how I can remember them all. My dreams tend to be so vivid and bizarre that they're hard to forget!
I do sometimes! =) I would love this!
I sometimes remember my dreams, but I am usually so tired at night that I don't think I dream all that much. I think this eye pillow would be perfect for me. I have small children who don't want me to close my door at night. On top of that they want the hall light on at night so there is always light coming into my room. It would make sleeping so much easier if it was completely dark when I was going night night. Thanks for the GREAT give away !!!
I only remember my dreams if I wake up during them.
Oh my word, I need one of these. I think in the last 6 months I've slept well maybe less than 5 times. I rarely have dreams because of the lack of sleep...but last week I did.
My dreams are always interesting and life-like.
I'm glad that you are getting good sleep now.
Christi
I almost always remember my dreams, or at least remnants of them. The worst is when I wake up from a bad dream, get up to get water or something, and then the bad dream continues when I get back in bed! The WORST! According to you the sleep mask creates pleasant dreams only, so it would probably eliminate this problem I have.
I had a dream this morning about shopping for a Christmas present for my husband. It was a yellow camping backpack with tan plaid on the inside. Also, it snowed and we owned an aqua car! So yes, I remember my dreams, and usually as vividly as this.
I never enter giveaways, but I think this one seems good!

I barely ever remember my dreams. My husband on the other hand tells me all details of his.

oooh....sounds great! i ALWAYS remember my dreams...crazy! only sometimes i wake up and can't remember if it was a dream or if it really happened and then i am stressed out - ha! thanks for such a fun giveaway!!
sometimes, i wake up and remember my dream so vividly and other times i have only a vague recollection that i had a dream... i've never used a sleep mask - i'm intrigued! thanks for this opportunity, Whitney!

Fun! I do remember my dreams. Sometimes so vividly that they stick with me all day! I hate that feeling. Most of the time I dream of random things that make no sense at all :-)
It depends on how tired I am! If I am well rested, I remember them all in vivid detail.
Up until about a year ago I always remembered my dreams. I think my sleep cycle has gotten messed up since our wedding. Except for last night... I had a dream that instead of getting a new puppy we got a bunny... it was kinda bizarre.
I usually remember most of my dreams when I wake up, but often forget them shortly after. And my husband is the same way as yours... he swears he never dreams. I just chalk that up to his already horrible and selective memory! haha.
Cabin Fever in Vermont
I remember then right as I'm waking up, but it seems that as soon as I got out of bed I can no longer remember them.
Yes, I dream, sometimes...I remember some. some I don't.
Sometimes I remember my dreams. I have actually had a few dreams that ended up happening ( no i am NOT a future teller lol) but it was scary when it happened. I would LOve that sleep mask. I know EXACTLY what you mean about putting it on your forehead for pressure for a headache..sounds perfect!
It depends on the night, sometimes I do and sometimes don't. Usually the nights with lots of dreams are the nights that I can't remember what I dreamed. Just one or two dreams though, I usually remember them. For some reason, whenever I eat Chinese food(with or without MSG), I get horrible nightmares, like my whole family dying, etc.
I remember dreams some days, and othe days I don't remember anything. Most of dreams are always about people and relationships and are actions...I am never in my dreams alone. Also the places in my dreams are almost always made up or a collection of many places I've been---but I never actually go to my real house in my dreams.
Often I'll wake up in the middle of the night - and then I can remember my dreams. But I'm never able to fully recount them in the morning! That's the worst, especially when it's a really nice one that I want to dive right back into.
I almost always remember, and they are some of the most bizarre dreams that ever existed. I also act them out (unfortunately). Once, I dreamed my husband left the dream baby (we don't have one) at a store, and I was so mad I punched him...and I really did in my sleep! Oops.
I only sometimes remember my dreams, usually only the bad ones! I use a sleep mask already but not one as fabulous as this one!
I have insanely vivid dreams. I also have very emotional dreams where I'll wake myself up crying or laughing. I really should keep a dream journal because they're so crazy. Surprisingly though, I didn't have many dreams while I was pregnant.
I have a 4 year old and a 1 year old and I feel like I very rarely get great sleep, but I have just started dreaming again. I usually remember one dream a week or so.
I am 50/50. Sometimes I can remember what I dreamed about, other times I can't. Usually if it is a vivid dream I can remember it...other times I can remember bits and pieces...other times nothing at all :)
I've never used a mask. And, usually I remember my dreams. Last night, no. Usually, yes.
I usually remember my dreams and most of the time they are like deja vu. I am now 31 weeks pregnant and I have the wierdest dreams I have ever had. I didn't even have this many crazy dreams with my first child. Anyway, I can't say that I remember them everytime though. And I have never used a mask. I bet they are really relaxing. I have seen the ones that are infused with lavender and they smelled wonderful.

Sleep masks may be one of the best inventions ever. I have never tried the brookstone one.
I never remember my dreams in the morning, but I recently started a new medication and remember most of them now. It is the weirdest thing.
i remember my dreams sometimes and when i do, they're usually really weird. I think dreams can also have outside influences, possibly from lost spirits just passing through. One night when i was camping i had a very long strange dream. the next morning a girl i was camping with asked me if i had any strange dreams the night before, because she had had one too. I'm pretty sure something was influencing both our dreams that night.
yes! I do dream, but sometimes it is hard for me to remember what..
It depends on how dramatic they are... last night I had a really disturbing/upsetting dream and I can remember it all in vivid detail. When they're low-key, mundane things, I usually remember then for the first 15 minutes I'm up.
Oh, I also blogged about the giveaway on my blog!
That looks so nice and comfy!
I remember my dreams every once in awhile, but even then it is like a very dim memory. I can never remember very many details!
I'd love to have one!
Well, I remember my dreams very vividly but only if I think about them immediately after waking up. If I wake up and hop directly out of bed, then all is lost!
But, I have very detailed dreams every.single.night. I actually look forward to going to sleep to see what awaits me. I'm lame, I know.
i've been dying for one of these masks!
i do remember my dreams! but not all of them. and they are typically really bizarre and stressful (ugh!). my boyfriend and i both have this problem. we swap dreams in the morning.
thanks for the giveaway!
Last week I had a dream about a huge black pittbull that was trying to bite me. I woke up so scared. I open the door and there is the neighbors huge white pittbull staring me as I open the door, wagging his tail and hoping I'll come out to play. Sorry puppy, but no way! Dreams are crazy at times. I have the Brookstone travel blanket so I'm sure the mask is just as heavenly.
Oh my! My husband and I have the same "talk" about dreams. I ALWAYS remember mine...and he NEVER remembers his. I just don't get it?! :) Never tried sleeping with a mask...but I bet I would LOVE it, huh?!
I do remember my dreams....most of the time. Sometimes it is hours later that I will remember part of it though.
I have never worn a sleep mask, but you are pretty convincing and it sounds great!
Sometimes I remember my dreams. Last night I had the strangest dream that my husband was bribed and became part of a lego video game (as in, he was an character in the game on the screen). I'm pregnant so it doesn't have to make sense right?? Isn't it funny though how a dream is so real and then you wake up and wonder what all the fuss was about. Maybe a mask would help my crazy, not good sleep these days :)
Fun! I only remember my dreams sometimes. But most of the time I can! When I do remember it, I only remember bits and pieces of it!
I must say I very rarely remember my dreams. Jon on the other hand tells me of great dreams he has.
I have never used a sleep mask. I would love to try it.
Yes,I had a totally random dream last night!
I never remember my dreams, but my hubby ALWAYS remembers his! Drives me crazy!
Oh my goodness! I was just thinking about my dreams from last night. They made NO sense. Oh well - at least they are entertaining.
My husband and his former used to write down their dreams and talk about them in the morning - especially if they were crazy!
I've never used a sleep mask, but you make it sound fabulous. AND, my hubs is a cop and works night/sleeps days, so maybe this will help him sleep! I'd love to win it!
Sometimes I remember my dreams, but not always. Sometimes I wake up and my dreams were so vivid, it takes a bit to realize that it wasn't actually real. LOL
Also, I just Tweeted about the giveaway, but I don't think you follow me on Twitter, and I'm private (@TheStephanieG), so you can't see it.
But I promise I did! :)
I do most of the time, remember my dreams. I would love, love to win this!
I usually remember vague "dream snatches" but they fade away after I've been up for a while. The only dreams I usually remember are disturbing or scary, so I'd rather not. Instead, I'd love to get some restful sleep in your fab giveaway mask!
It all depends on the dream! If it's scary or extremely weird or really wonderful, I remember most details. Not usually of it, but the highlights. If it was something not too exciting, I usually remember it. It's so strange how that happens. However, if I don't tell my dream right when I wake up, I won't remember it!
Love the mask! I dream every once and a while and sometimes I remember and sometimes I don't -it's pretty random.
Just what I need! I was telling someone just yesterday about how I rarely remember my dreams, and I think it's because I have been so tired lately and have a hard time relaxing.
I'd love to win!
Yes, I remember pretty much all my dreams like they happened in real life. Now that I am pregnant they seem even more real!
I know I dreamed last night, because I woke up and thought to myself, "How weird was that?!". But now I can't seem to remember it. I have an almost seven month old that keeps me sleep-deprived most days and I know this mask would be heavenly!
I remember quite a few of my dreams, at least for the first few minutes upon waking. Then it dos sort of fade. I remember feelings from dreams more than actual dreams I think.
Thanks for the fun giveaway!
I remember my dreams most of the time, though the details get hazy after a while.
I would love to try this mask out. I haven't been sleeping good at all, maybe this will help. Thanks!
I dream a lot. I can remember some, but not all.
I can sometimes remember my dreams, if they're particularly significant. Other times, I can wake up remembering, but by the end of the day I've forgotten.
That is funny, I have the same dream situation with my husband. I dream vividly and remember most of them, and my husband says he never dreams.
Yes I remember mine almost everyday it can be stressful:( I need a mask to relax! LOL hope I win:)
Mrs.HVK@gmail.com
I only remember the scary ones...
I remember some of my dreams... not every night though so I am sure I am forgettting some!
I KNOW that I dream. I wake up with vivid impressions, but very little memory of the dream itself.
I can usually remember my dreams but recently it has been very clear. my husband and I are expecting our first baby in January and let's face it, sleep doesn't come easy. My dreams have been all about baby and when i wake up multiple times, i drift back to sleep thinking of how wonderful our new baby will be! This sleep mask would be great for a soon to be Mom desperate for anything that will help with a few extra hours at night!
I remember my dreams every now and then!
I probably remember about 1 out of 50 dreams! I wish I remembered them more often! Great giveaway! Thanks!
I always remember my dreams-which is not always a good thing-I have some crazy dream sometimes!
I never remember my dreams. I usually wake up feeling like SOMETHING weird happened and it's on the tip of my brain, but I can never re-live it.
I usually remember my dreams, though it is not always a good thing. :)
Sometimes I remember my dreams and sometimes I don't. I would say more often than not that I don't remember them. Usually if I do remember, it was something incredibly vivid. What a great giveaway!!!
I LOVE dreams...well the good ones. Every morning when I wake up, the first thing I do is tell my husband what I dreamed the night before, then he tells me his. I even used to do this in college with my roommates.
The sad thing is that a lot of the time, I forget my dreams by the middle of the day. :(
i love masks and just can't seem to find a good one.. until now! i'd love to try it!
my latest dream was about the president... super weird!
Well now that I'm pregnant, I remember them because they're so weird!
Haha!

Sometimes I remember my dreams!!
Sometimes I remember my dreams!
Sometimes I remember them!
Yes, I dream and usually remember it. Sometimes, I just have a vague recollection of what it was about, but usually, I can vividly recount the details. My husband rarely remembers his dreams, though, so I entertain him with mine. :)
Oh, yes, I dream!
And sometimes my dreams are so vivid that I wake up mad at certain people who really did nothing! Oops! :)
I always remember my dreams and most of them are about airplanes! I think I travel to much!
Awesome giveaway! I would love this because my hubby watches tv at night. I sometimes remember my dreams, like I did last night. Mostly I don't though.
I remember my dreams sometimes if it's right before I wake up in the morning...and I have recurring dreams of dirty bathrooms where everything is overflowing! Isn't that gross?? :) Oh, and I loooove sleep masks...I'd like to try that one.
I hardly ever remember my dreams... but, if I do remember a part of them it is weird... like familiar people and places are not really who they are in real life. Does that make sense? haha! Like, my "hubby" in my dream isn't really my hubby in real life... and my "home" in my dream isn't really home in real life.
Sometimes I remember my dreams and sometimes I don't and sometimes I wish I didn't!
I posted it on my facebook too-- yes I do have dreams sometimes.
i guess it depends on the dream, but usually the only dreams i remember are the bad ones! sounds like with a sleep mask though, you would sleep so good you wouldn't even dream! LOL. i hope i win!
I almost always remember the last dream i have before i wake up, today i dreamt i was harvesting crops... weird :)
I really hope i win this sleep mask, i cant sleep with ANY light in the room so normally i use an old t-shirt over my head in lack of better and they just dont do that well :)
I do indeed dream! I don't remember all of them, but I have a dream dictionary that I like to look up the more interesting ones :)
Sometimes I remember them, sometimes I don't....they can be crazy for sure!
I dream pretty vividly and often remember my dreams!!
I remember some really crazy dreams. Last night I had a dream I was in a Britney Spears video...go me!! Some mornings I wake up and don't remember anything about the dreams I had. Its all very random!
I only ever remember the really weird/scary/freaky dreams! Sadly never the good ones :(
Sometimes I remember my dreams, and when I do, I can still remember them years later. Most of the time, I don't remember them at all! I want to win!
Since I got pregnant, all me dreams have been so vivid and I remember them all!
Actually, we learned in medical school that dreams are only recalled if the person is woken up during the dreaming stage of sleep. Interesting! With all of the stress of school, sometimes I would rather not recall the crazy dreams of studying and exams! I would absolutely LOVE the sleep mask as I venture off to rotations this year!!! As I'm sure you know, sleep is a precious gem amidst the tedious hours at the hospital.
I love sleeping too! I would love to try out that mask...
Ive never used a mask! I'm scared! Haha! And no... I don't remember my dreams. I have one recurring nightmare that I do remember, but luckily I only have that one once or twice a year!
I sometimes remember my dreams. Usually on nights that I don't sleep well I remember them!
After seeing last year that you use this sleep mask, I bought one for myself and tried it out! I could always use another :o)
I always remember my dreams in amazing detail! I wake up feeling like I just watched a movie! I can remember details down to what color shoes I was wearing
I remember my dreams a lot, and usually on detail. You know me ... I have strange dreams too!!
I remember my dreams usually about 2-3 a week. At least first thing in the morning, but the end of the day I can never remember! ha.
I love your blog!
I use a sleep mask every night! I used to have terrible sleep problems, This fixed it all up. As it forces the eyes to be closed I don't lay awake staring at the ceiling!
Whitney, your blog blows me away. You make me laugh almost everyday and your weebie is such a joy. Thank you for writing.
I seldom have dreams that I remember, but occasionally I do. Usually, my dreams are about hopes that I have. One imparticular I can remember was a few years ago: There was a little girl bouncing on my husby's knee and he was saying "who's daddy's girl? Emma is!" Well my husby woke up (that same day)having a dream about a blond curly headed little girl saying Dada. We have prayed for a little girl, but that has been a long time ago (our weebie is 21 now). I don't know if it is a hope deferred or what- only the Lord knows. She was cute though- ;0)
This was fun to think about hope you have reading them...
Vic
I remember my dreams, but they are usually nightmares, ugh! I would love to win this to give it to my husband.
I can remember my dream when I first get up and then by the end of the morning, it's all but gone.... unless something bad happens in the dream, and I guess then I dwell on it....
I don't usually remember my dreams but when I do they seem to be on my mind all day...
Would love to try the mask!!
That mask sounds incredible! It would be a good thing to have for my college dorm in the fall :)
My dreams are usually a blur when I wake up. But I have this crazy ability to restart a dream from where I left off if I wake up in the middle of the night!
Love your blog by the way!
I can almost always recall most of my dreams! I am an aspiring writer and generally wake up after a really crazy dream and write it all down as inspiration! I read that Stephenie Meyer the author of Twilight came up with the concept that way! :) I have never used a sleep mask, nor have I owned one. However, it sounds and looks absolutely divine and I would more than love to try one!!
I love sleep masks..especially if they're soft and comfy! I usually only remember bits and pieces of my dreams..and they're usually random and make no sense whatsoever.
What a great giveaway!! Sometimes I remember my dreams. There are some days that I wake up and can vividly remember my dreams. There are other days when I wake up and try really hard to remember what I was just dreaming and can't seem to for the life of me. And there are days when I am trying to figure out all day if what I remember is real or was a dream. Crazy, I know!
I rarely remember my dreams when my husband is home, however it seems like when he is deployed or away I always remember my dreams because they are usually not so lovely. I'd love to try out a sleep mask, and it might make my husband happier since it would mean he wouldn't have to block out every little light that I see in the room that seems to annoy me to a point where I simply can't sleep because it's not dark enough!
I can usually remember my dreams. My dreams are often very realistic - to the point where sometimes I can't remember if I did something in real life or if it was just a dream! I started using a sleep mask a few months ago - mine is from Bed Bath and Beyond, and it's okay. My husband stays up later than I do so it blocks out the light while he's reading or watching TV. But it irritates me after a while so by the time he goes to bed I usually have to take it off. I would love to try a new one - yours sounds amazing!
